Diamond cutting tools are brilliant too. Keeping them brilliantly precise takes care and attention. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in some of the best equipment known to man.

We’ve got an array of specialist Vollmer machines: two QXD 250 robotic loading, disc erosion machines, a VPulse 500 wire erosion machine, a QR 270 erosion machine for large diameter sawblades. We’ve also got a Walter Power 400 hybrid erosion/carbide grinding machine (complete with Robot 25 Fanuc arm loader).

As if that wasn’t enough, we also bought an additional Walter Heli-set scanning pre-setter for speed and accurate tool configuration. And a HAIMER pre-setting and balancing facilities as well as a shrink fit system.

Like we said, we think diamonds are brilliant.
